StopLift’s ScanItAllTM understands the complexity of shrink and finds that in some cases employee shrink is due to operational error. In this video, the cashier bags eight yogurts before scanning in the last one and attempting to key in the quantity. The quantity did not go through and eight out of the nine yogurts were bagged without being charged.
